Free Community Grant Info Session

Local nonprofits and community groups are invited to attend this free event on Wednesday, January 8, 2026 in the Heidenblad History Room at the Nesmith Library in Windham. Please register here.

Participants will be walked through the process of applying for a grant and will receive an overview of eligibility criteria, application requirements, and guidance on preparing a strong, competitive proposal.

The Windham Endowment for Community Advancement's competitive Community Grant program makes grants available to Windham-based nonprofits, Town of Windham committees or commissions, and the Windham School District. The program funds projects that respond to local needs, strengthen community connections, and improve the well-being of our residents. In 2026, $3,000 in total grant funding will be available.

Through the Community Grant, the Windham Endowment seeks to deepen its partnerships with other nonprofits, broaden the collective impact in the community, and increase the reach of its funding programs.
