The Windham High School Wrestling team is demonstrating its commitment to
community by contributing 50% of the proceeds from their fundraiser to the Coish
Family Scholarship Fund at the Windham Endowment. The other half of the funds
raised will be used to help the wrestling program cover the cost of athletic
gear and equipment.
Adding to the community spirit of this fundraiser is that Scott, Anne, Devin and
Vincent Marino, long-time Windham residents, will match donations to the
fundraiser up to $3,000 total. Devin and Vincent were both four-year members of
the WHS Wrestling team, graduating respectively in 2014 and 2018.
The Coish Family Scholarship Fund provides an annual $1,000 scholarship to a
graduating WHS student who displays strong participation and leadership in
school sports and sets an example of teamwork and sportsmanship.
